Leading German practice seeks a lateral partner to join its Hamburg finance team. The role focuses on advising banks, non-bank lenders and corporate borrowers on domestic and cross-border financing matters.

The team handles a full range of banking and finance work including loan facilities, acquisition finance and refinancing. This is a high-visibility role with opportunities to originate and lead transactions and to grow an existing finance practice in northern Germany.

Established partner-level finance/banking practitioner with significant transaction experience.
Track record advising on loan agreements, acquisition finance and refinancing transactions.
Portable client relationships/ book of business desirable; ability to originate and develop mandates.
Admitted to practise in Germany or equivalent qualification; German language skills required.
