Experienced finance partner sought to lead and grow a banking & finance practice from the firm’s Hamburg office. This role will handle structured finance, lending and related transactions for a mix of domestic and international clients.

The hire will join a full-service international firm and be expected to build and manage a team, drive business development, and collaborate with colleagues across Europe. The role is well suited to a partner with an established portable practice and demonstrated client relationships.

Proven partner-level experience in banking & finance transactions.
Track record of originating and managing client work; portable practice preferred.
Strong technical skills in loan documentation, structured finance or similar areas.
Experience leading teams and working with cross-border matters.
Fluent German and English; admitted or qualified to practice in Germany advantageous.
