Partner-level appointment for an established finance practice focused on capital markets in Hamburg. The role will lead complex financing and capital markets work, advising corporate and institutional clients across equity and debt transactions.

This is a front‑facing commercial partner role: you will manage a team, originate and develop client relationships, and work closely with other European and international desks on cross‑border matters.

Portable practice and demonstrable business development ability are required — the firm is seeking a partner who can contribute and grow a market-facing book of business.

Proven partner-level experience in capital markets and finance transactions.
Track record of originating and managing client mandates and leading deal teams.
Strong business development skills and a portable practice or demonstrable client relationships.
Admission to practice in Germany or equivalent EU qualification and fluency in German and English preferred.
