Experienced finance partner sought to join a large national firm’s Los Angeles office to lead and grow the investment/asset management practice. The role combines transaction work across fund formation, investment management and related financing matters, with responsibility for client development and team leadership.

This is a partner-level, portable-practice opportunity. The hiring team is seeking an established rainmaker comfortable bringing and expanding client relationships while mentoring junior lawyers and coordinating cross-office resources.

Established partner with demonstrable experience in finance, fund or investment/asset management work.
Proven client origination and a portable practice (book of business welcome).
Track record managing deal teams and supervising associates.
Active bar admission in California or ability to obtain admission; excellent communication and business development skills.
