Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Finance & Banking team in Charlotte with a focus on leveraged and structured finance. The role will involve leading complex financings, mentoring junior lawyers, and contributing to business development for the practice.

The ideal candidate will run a portable lending or structured-finance practice or be able to demonstrate an established track record originating and closing middle- to large-market financings. This is an opportunity to join a senior team in a firm with broad national platform and cross-practice resources.

Proven partner-level experience in leveraged and structured finance transactions.
Demonstrated ability to originate and lead financing deals and manage teams.
Strong commercial judgment and client development skills; a portable practice or demonstrable business origination capability is desirable.
Bar admission in relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to practice in North Carolina preferred.
