Leading US law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Dallas finance team with a primary focus on leveraged and structured finance transactions. The role involves leading complex credit transactions, advising lenders and borrowers, and managing deal execution from negotiation to closing.

The position is client-facing and requires business development responsibilities, including cultivating and expanding relationships with institutional clients and arranging financing solutions. The partner will mentor junior lawyers and help grow a transactional finance practice in the Dallas market.

Established practice in leveraged and/or structured finance with significant transactional experience
Proven ability to lead complex financings and manage deal teams
Demonstrated client development and origination capability; portable client relationships desirable
Admission to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction or eligibility to obtain admission
Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills
