Leading U.S. law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Finance & Banking team in downtown Los Angeles. The role focuses on leveraged and structured finance transactions across corporate borrowers, sponsors and lenders.

The successful candidate will lead complex financing deals, provide strategic client advice and help grow a market-facing practice. This is an opportunity to join a well-resourced team with national and cross-border deal flow.

Established partner with significant experience in leveraged finance and structured finance transactions.
Track record of leading complex deals and managing client relationships.
Strong transactional drafting and negotiation skills and ability to work across finance teams.
Portable practice or ability to bring and develop client relationships encouraged.
