A leading New York finance team is seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow leveraged and structured finance matters. The role will involve originating transactions, advising lenders and borrowers on complex financings, and supervising deal teams from pitch through closing.

This is a front‑office partner opportunity for an experienced finance practitioner with a portable practice or demonstrable origination capabilities. The team advises on a broad range of leveraged, acquisition and structured financings for domestic and international clients.

Established partner with substantial leveraged and structured finance experience
Proven track record of originating and leading complex financings and managing deal teams
Portable practice or demonstrable business generation and client relationships preferred
Admission to practice in New York (or ability to qualify quickly)
