The partner will lead and originate complex financings, manage deal teams, and cultivate client relationships. This is an opportunity to join an established practice with national capabilities while building a portable practice in the region.

Established partner-level experience in leveraged finance and structured finance transactions.
Proven ability to originate and manage complex financing deals and lead deal teams.
Strong existing client relationships and a history of business development at the partner level.
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and excellent transactional drafting and negotiation skills.
