Senior transactional partner role in a well-established law firm’s Finance & Banking practice in Salt Lake City. The role focuses on leading leveraged and structured finance transactions, advising borrowers and lenders on complex financings and syndicated deals.

Seeking an experienced partner to build and lead a local practice, work with cross-office deal teams, and contribute to client development. The firm supports partners with existing portable practices and provides platform resources for growing a book of business.

Experienced partner-level lawyer with a strong background in leveraged finance and structured finance transactions.
Proven track record leading complex syndicated and secured financings, including documentation and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated business development ability and comfort building or managing a portable practice.
Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction; team leadership and mentoring experience.
