Leading international finance team seeks a lateral partner to join its London office to lead and grow banking and private credit work. The role will focus on complex loan transactions, private credit arrangements and related financing across domestic and cross-border matters.

The partner will take responsibility for originating and managing client relationships, supervising deal teams and collaborating with other practice groups on multi-jurisdictional financings. This is an opportunity to shape a portable practice within a well-resourced finance platform and to mentor junior lawyers.

Established partner-level experience in banking and finance transactions, including private credit and syndicated lending.
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable practice welcomed.
Strong technical skills on finance documentation and cross-border financings; able to supervise teams and lead deals.
Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction(s) and experience working on UK and international financings.
