Leading national law firm is seeking a Finance & Banking partner to join its Miami office and help grow a market-facing lending and finance practice. The role combines client-facing deal work with responsibility for developing and mentoring a small team.

The successful candidate will handle a mix of commercial lending, acquisition financing and secured transactions across corporate and real estate finance matters. This is an opportunity for a partner with an established practice to expand regional coverage and collaborate with other practice groups.

Existing partner-level finance/banking experience (commercial lending, acquisition finance, secured transactions)
Proven client-development skills and a portable practice or demonstrable business origination capability
Ability to supervise and mentor associates and work collaboratively across teams
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or eligible to qualify promptly
