Leading regional firm seeks a senior banking partner to head and grow its Finance & Banking practice in Muscat. The role will involve leading complex banking and finance transactions, supervising local teams and advising regional lenders and corporates.

We are looking for an established practitioner with a proven track record in banking and finance work and demonstrable business development ability. A portable practice or book of business is welcome and will be an important consideration.

Proven partner-level experience in banking and finance transactions.
Track record of originating and managing client relationships and complex deals.
Ability to lead and mentor local teams on cross-border matters.
Strong commercial drafting and negotiation skills.
