Leading national practice seeks a partner to join its Finance & Banking team in Nashville. The role focuses on originating and advising on a broad range of banking and finance matters, including commercial lending and structured finance.

The team advises domestic and international lenders and borrowers across a variety of sectors; the hire will take a senior client-facing role, leading engagements and mentoring junior lawyers. A portable practice or demonstrable client relationships in banking/finance will be viewed favorably.

Established partner with significant experience in banking and finance transactions (commercial lending, syndicated loans, structured finance).
Proven track record of business development and client relationship management; portable practice preferred.
Ability to lead teams on complex transactions and oversee associate development.
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or able to obtain admission; willingness to be based in or relocate to Nashville.
