Senior finance partner role focused on structured finance, securitization and leveraged finance. The hire will join a national practice team and lead transactions and client relationships from the firm s Nashville office.

The role requires stewardship of complex financings, mentoring junior lawyers, and business development to expand the practice. This is a partner-level, client-facing opportunity for an established structured-finance lawyer.

Established partner-level experience in structured finance, securitization and/or leveraged finance.
Demonstrable track record of leading complex financings and negotiating transaction documents.
Proven ability to originate and grow client relationships; portable practice or business development capability preferred.
Strong team leadership and mentoring skills; excellent drafting and communication abilities.
