Leading national firm is seeking a partner to join its Finance & Banking practice in New Jersey. The role focuses on originating and leading leveraged and structured finance transactions across commercial and syndicated lending matters.

The successful candidate will advise borrowers and lenders on complex financings, manage deal teams and develop client relationships. This is a front-facing role with responsibility for growing the practice in the region.

Established partner with demonstrable experience in leveraged finance and structured finance.
Track record of leading complex financings and managing deal teams.
Strong client-development and relationship-management skills; portable business welcomed.
Admitted to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction or able to obtain admission.
