Senior banking partner role based in New York for an established national law firm seeking to expand its finance practice. The role focuses on lending and corporate finance matters across commercial and syndicated lending, with opportunities to lead client engagements and originate new business.

The firm is looking for a market-facing partner who will help grow and manage a team of finance lawyers, work closely with other practice areas on cross-border and complex transactions, and maintain high levels of client service. Portable practice or demonstrated ability to originate and cultivate relationships is welcome.

Established partner-level experience in finance and banking transactions (syndicated loans, acquisition finance, commercial lending, or similar).
Proven track record of client origination, relationship management, and driving revenue growth.
Experience leading deal teams and mentoring senior associates and counsel.
Admission to the New York bar (or eligibility) and ability to practice in the United States.
