Leading law firm is recruiting a partner to strengthen its finance and banking practice in Paris. The role will focus on advising lenders and borrowers on complex financing transactions and managing cross-border matters.

The successful candidate will lead deal teams, contribute to business development, and work closely with senior lawyers across offices. This is a visible role for an experienced banking practitioner able to build or bring a portable practice.

Established partner-level experience in banking and finance transactions.
Proven track record of leading deal teams and managing complex financings.
Demonstrable business development capability; ability to attract or grow client relationships (portable book a plus).
Qualified to practise in France or equivalent jurisdiction and able to work on cross-border matters.
