Leading international law firm in Paris is seeking a lateral partner to join its Finance team. The role will focus on sophisticated finance transactions across asset-backed finance, asset management and capital markets.

The successful candidate will join a cross-border practice advising institutional clients and other market participants on complex financings. This is an opportunity to lead mandates, develop client relationships and work with senior deal teams on high-value matters.

Established partner with a proven track record in finance, ideally covering asset-backed finance, asset management and capital markets.
Demonstrable experience leading cross-border financings and managing transaction teams.
Strong client development skills; portable practice or demonstrable ability to generate business preferred.
Fluency in French and English advantageous for client-facing work in Paris.
