Seeking a partner to lead and grow a finance and banking practice within a well-established national law firm’s Philadelphia office. The role focuses on advising lenders and borrowers on commercial finance transactions, secured lending, and related banking matters.

The successful candidate will have a client-facing, originations-oriented approach and will work with a cross-functional team on complex financing matters. This is an opportunity to build a regional practice footprint and mentor junior lawyers in a collaborative environment.

Established partner-level experience in finance and banking transactions
Demonstrated client origination and relationship-management ability; portable client relationships a plus
Strong drafting, negotiation and deal-management skills on commercial loan and secured transactions
Admissions in Pennsylvania (or ability to waive in) and experience working on regional or national matters
