The position offers an opportunity to build a portable practice, mentor junior lawyers, and work on market-facing finance matters across the U.S. Candidates should be experienced in deal execution and client development within private credit or banking.

Proven partner-level experience in private credit, commercial lending or related finance work
Track record of deal execution and managing transactions from start to finish
Business development capabilities and willingness to grow a portable practice
Strong leadership and mentoring skills for junior team members
