Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Los Angeles finance team with a focus on private credit and banking transactions. The role offers a chance to build or expand a private-credit practice within a well-resourced platform and to work on sophisticated financing matters for institutional and corporate borrowers and lenders.

The ideal candidate will advise on a range of private-credit and secured lending transactions, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate across national teams. A portable practice or demonstrable business development capability is welcome.

Established partner with significant experience in private credit, leveraged finance, or banking transactions
Proven ability to originate or grow client relationships and manage complex financings
Experience supervising and developing junior lawyers and coordinating cross-office matters
Active US bar admission and eligibility to practice in California
