Leading regional law firm seeks a partner to join its Riyadh finance team with a primary focus on project finance, construction and infrastructure work. The role involves advising sponsors, lenders and contractors on large-scale transactional matters across the Gulf region.

The successful candidate will take a senior client-facing role, leading deals and managing a team of associates. There is an expectation to help grow the practice in Riyadh and across neighbouring markets, working closely with international colleagues on cross-border mandates.

Portable client relationships and a demonstrable book of business are welcome and will be a key consideration for the appointment.

Qualified lawyer with substantial partner-level experience in project finance, construction or infrastructure transactions.
Proven track record of leading deals and supervising teams on complex cross-border matters.
Established client relationships or a portable practice in the region preferred.
Strong commercial judgement, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, and ability to develop business.
