Senior finance partner role joining an established finance & banking practice in Raleigh. The hire will lead and originate leveraged and structured finance transactions, advising borrowers and lenders across complex secured and asset-backed financings.

Work will focus on high-value transactional matters, supervising deal teams and coordinating with capital markets and tax colleagues as needed. The role includes responsibility for business development and expanding client relationships; candidates with a portable practice or demonstrable origination pipeline are encouraged to apply.

Proven partner-level experience in leveraged finance and structured finance transactions.
Track record of leading complex, high-value financings and managing deal teams.
Demonstrable business development skills and client relationship management; portable practice welcomed.
Active bar admission in the relevant state and strong professional references.
