Seeking a partner to lead and grow a transactional corporate practice in Raleigh with a strong focus on M&A, technology-related transactions and energy (renewables and oil & gas) project and commercial work. The role will involve client-facing deal execution, cross-practice collaboration and supporting business development in the region.

The successful candidate will have an established transactional track record across M&A and capital markets matters and experience counseling energy clients on project development and commercial arrangements. This is a partner-level opening where a portable practice or demonstrable business origination capability is valued.

Established partner-level background in corporate/M&A and transactional work
Experience on energy matters (renewables and/or oil & gas) and familiarity with project development/commercial contracts
Proven capital markets or securities transaction experience preferred
Demonstrable client relationships and business development skills; ability to originate and grow work
Leadership and mentoring experience, comfortable working across practice groups
