Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its corporate team in Raleigh. The role focuses on transactional work, including mergers & acquisitions and corporate governance, and will involve advising middle-market and corporate clients across a range of industries.

The team handles complex buy- and sell-side matters and general corporate counseling. The position offers partnership equity track opportunities, active collaboration with deal teams across the U.S., and support from established practice resources.

We are looking for a commercially minded partner who can both originate and execute transactions and who will contribute to business development and client relationship growth. Portable practice or a demonstrable record of bringing client work is welcome.

Established partner-level experience in M&A and corporate transactional matters
Strong corporate governance and general counseling skills
Proven business development ability and a track record of originating client work
Admissions and credentials appropriate for practicing in the relevant US jurisdiction
