Leading national law firm seeks a partner to join its Finance & Banking practice in the Raleigh office. The role will focus on originating and executing commercial lending and finance transactions across a mix of corporate and institutional borrowers and lenders.

The team handles a broad range of bank finance matters; the new hire will be expected to build and lead client relationships, work collaboratively with cross-practice teams, and mentor junior lawyers. A portable practice or demonstrated ability to generate business is welcome.

Experienced banking/finance partner with a strong transactional background (syndicated loans, asset-based lending, commercial lending, or similar).
Proven track record of client origination and relationship management; portable business welcomed.
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and JD from an accredited law school.
Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience within a commercial practice.
