A well-established international law firm is recruiting a partner to join its Riyadh finance team with a focus on project finance and international banking transactions. The role will involve leading high-value, cross-border financings and advising regional and global sponsors and lenders.

The successful candidate will be expected to build and expand a portable practice in project finance, act as a key client-facing partner on complex deals, and help grow the local platform. This is an opportunity to join a prominent global firm and play a market-facing leadership role in Saudi Arabia.

Proven partner-level experience in project finance and large-scale banking transactions.
Track record of originating and maintaining client relationships; ability to bring or grow a portable practice.
Experience on cross-border financings and working with international banks, sponsors or multilateral lenders.
Strong commercial judgment, team leadership and business development capability in the region.
