Top-tier Hamburg practice is seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow its Finance & Banking and Securities work. The role will handle complex capital markets mandates and cross-practice financing transactions for corporate and financial clients.

The position offers responsibility for originating work and developing a portable practice within Germany and internationally, supported by an established team. The firm is open to flexible arrangements for experienced candidates with an existing client base.

Established partner with significant experience in finance, banking and capital markets transactions
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable practice desirable
Strong technical drafting and deal execution skills across securities and financing matters
Fluent German and English; ability to work on domestic and cross-border matters
