Leading international firm seeks a lateral partner to strengthen its Finance & Banking and Securities practice in New Jersey. The role will focus on capital markets work and cross‑practice transactional matters, advising corporate issuers and financial institutions.

You will join a team with national practice depth and collaborate across offices to win and service complex transactions. The firm is looking for a partner who can originate and grow client relationships and who will play a visible business development and leadership role.

Proven partner‑level experience in capital markets, securities and finance transactions.
Established relationships with corporate and/or financial institution clients and a demonstrable track record of originating work.
Strong transactional drafting and negotiating skills and experience managing deal teams.
Admission to practice in New Jersey (or ability to qualify) and excellent communication and business development skills.
