Established national firm is seeking a partner to join its Salt Lake City finance and securities team. The role focuses on capital markets and financing transactions across corporate and securities matters for public and private issuers and lenders.

The successful candidate will lead transactions, advise on securities compliance and disclosure, and work collaboratively with cross‑discipline teams on complex financings. A visible, client‑facing partner who can develop and deepen regional relationships will thrive in this role.

Portable business or an ability to originate client work is welcome and will be considered in the hiring decision.

Partner‑level experience in finance, banking, and capital markets transactions
Strong securities and disclosure knowledge, including public and private offerings
Proven transactional leadership and client management skills
Active jurisdictional bar admission and ability to practice in Utah (or willingness to obtain)
