Partner — Finance & Banking (Silicon Valley / Palo Alto)

Leading US law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Finance & Banking team in the Silicon Valley / Palo Alto market. The role focuses on leveraged finance and structured finance transactions for corporate and sponsor clients across the technology and growth sectors.

The successful candidate will lead deal execution, manage complex financing structures, and cultivate client relationships. This is a practice-builder role with visibility across national banking and capital markets work and collaboration with broader corporate teams.

• Proven partner-level experience in leveraged finance and structured finance transactions
• Track record of originating and managing client relationships; an established or portable practice is preferred
• Strong deal leadership, drafting, and negotiation skills on complex financings
• Admissions and qualifications to practice in the United States; ability to work from a Silicon Valley / Palo Alto office
