Seeking a lateral partner to join a major national finance practice in Washington, D.C. The role focuses on banking and private credit matters across corporate and commercial finance workstreams.

The team advises lenders, sponsors and borrowers on complex financing transactions. The successful candidate will lead deals, develop client relationships and help grow a portable practice within the group.

• Proven partner-level experience in banking and finance transactions, with a focus on private credit or related lending work
• Demonstrated ability to originate and manage complex financings and lead deal teams
• Established client relationships and willingness to bring a portable practice or book of business
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and strong academic and professional references
