Senior finance partner opportunity in a busy Washington, D.C. finance and banking practice. The role focuses on private credit and banking transactions, leading cross-functional deal teams and advising sophisticated borrower and lender clients.

The successful candidate will be client-facing and business-development oriented, running matters from structuring and documentation through closing while mentoring junior lawyers. The team handles complex syndicated and bilateral credit facilities, restructurings and related regulatory issues.

Partner-level background in bank finance, private credit or related lending work.
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable practice welcomed.
Strong drafting, negotiation and deal-management skills on syndicated and bilateral loan transactions.
Experience supervising associates and collaborating across practice groups; admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction preferred.
