Partner — Finance & Banking, Washington, D.C.

Senior finance partner role within a well-established national finance practice in Washington, D.C. The role focuses on leveraged and structured finance transactions across corporate lenders, sponsors and borrowers, handling complex secured and unsecured financings.

This is a partner-track lateral opportunity to lead and grow a portable finance practice, originate work, and manage deal teams. The role offers visibility on high-value matters and collaboration with an experienced cross-office finance team.

• Proven partner-level experience in leveraged and structured finance transactions.
• Track record of originating and managing client relationships; ability to bring or grow a portable practice.
• Strong deal execution skills on complex credit facilities, asset-backed and structured financings.
• Experience leading teams and mentoring junior lawyers; admission to practice (or ability to be admitted) in the relevant US jurisdiction.
