Lateral Partner — Restructuring & Finance, Washington

Seeking a lateral partner to join a well-established restructuring and finance practice in Washington, D.C. The role will focus on high-yield/distressed debt work for lenders and debtor-side bankruptcy and restructuring matters.

The team is growing both its lender-side distressed debt capabilities and its debtor-side bankruptcy practice. This is an opportunity to lead matters, develop client relationships, and work on cross-office, regional engagements within a national platform.

• Partner-level experience in bankruptcy, restructuring and distressed finance (lender- and debtor-side exposure).
• Track record advising on high-yield and distressed debt transactions and related bankruptcy matters.
• Proven business development ability; portable practice or demonstrable book of business preferred.
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to work from the Washington office.
