Senior finance partner role to join an established finance & banking practice in Washington, D.C. The role is being recruited on a location‑agnostic basis with flexibility for hybrid/remote arrangements.

Responsibilities include leading client engagements, originating and managing credit and financing transactions, mentoring junior lawyers, and contributing to the strategic growth of the practice. The hiring team evaluates candidate contributions holistically; compensation and billing expectations are calibrated to experience and portable business.

Proven track record as a finance/banking partner or senior counsel handling complex financings and banking matters
Demonstrable client origination and relationship-management experience; portable practice welcomed
Ability to lead deals, supervise teams, and develop business
Admission to the D.C. bar or eligibility to practice in the jurisdiction
