Senior finance partner opportunity within a well-regarded national practice seeking to strengthen its Washington, D.C. leveraged and structured finance capability. The role focuses on leading complex financings, advising on syndicated and bilateral credit facilities, and developing solutions across leveraged and structured products.

The partner will lead deal teams, manage client relationships, and work closely with capital markets and corporate colleagues on cross-practice matters. The team values practical deal experience, commercial judgment, and the ability to originate and grow a portable practice.

Established partner-level experience in leveraged finance and structured finance transactions
Track record of leading deal teams and managing client relationships
Ability to originate business and grow a portable practice
Strong commercial drafting and negotiation skills on credit and security documentation
Bar admission or right to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
