Top-tier international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Washington, D.C. finance & banking team. The role focuses on leading complex corporate and structured financings, advising lenders and borrowers on syndicated, secured and acquisition financings, and managing cross-border matters.

The team works on high‑value transactions for global financial institutions and corporate clients. The successful candidate will be expected to originate work, deepen client relationships, and contribute to team business development and strategic growth.

Proven partner-level experience advising on syndicated, secured and acquisition financings or related banking transactions.
Demonstrable track record of originating or leading client relationships; a portable practice/book of business is preferred.
Strong technical skills, commercial judgment and experience working on cross‑border financings.
Bar admission in the U.S. and ability to work effectively with global teams.
