Leading international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Finance team in Berlin with a primary focus on capital markets transactions. The role will involve advising on a range of debt and equity capital markets matters for corporate and financial institution clients across Germany and the region.

The firm is looking for a lawyer who can build and lead a market-facing practice in Berlin, work closely with cross-border teams and contribute to business development. This is a partner-level opportunity suitable for a candidate with a proven track record on complex capital markets and finance matters and the ability to develop a portable practice.

Qualified lawyer admitted in Germany (or equivalent) with substantial capital markets and finance experience at partner level.
Proven track record advising on public and private equity and debt transactions, listings and related regulatory matters.
Strong business development skills and ability to originate and grow client relationships; willingness to relocate or base in Berlin.
Fluent English and German; excellent client-facing and cross-border collaboration skills.
