Leading international law firm is seeking a partner to join its Dubai finance practice with a focus on capital markets and financing transactions. The role will be client-facing, advising on cross-border and regional financings and capital markets matters, and will work closely with deal teams across the firm's regional network.

The successful candidate will be expected to develop and deepen client relationships, lead matters end-to-end, and contribute to growth of the Dubai office’s finance capabilities. This is a senior commercial role with significant business-development responsibility and opportunity to shape the practice locally.

Established partner-level experience in finance and capital markets transactions.
Proven track record of originating and managing complex, cross-border financings and securities matters.
Strong client development skills; a portable practice / book of business is required.
Admission to practise in a relevant jurisdiction and ability to work in the UAE (or relevant local authorisations).
