The successful candidate will join an established team, originating and executing cross-border securities and financing matters, advising institutional and corporate clients. The firm welcomes candidates with a portable practice and demonstrable client relationships.

Established partner-level experience in capital markets and finance transactions.
Proven track record of originating work and managing client relationships; portable practice preferred.
Strong technical knowledge of UAE and regional securities/finance laws and market practices.
Experience leading teams and working on cross-border matters.
