Partner — Finance & Capital Markets, Riyadh

Leading international law firm is seeking a partner to head its Finance and Capital Markets practice in Riyadh. The role will advise regional and cross-border lenders, sponsors and issuers on debt financings, capital markets transactions and related regulatory matters.

The partner will be client-facing and expected to develop and lead mandate execution locally, coordinate with regional and global teams, and grow the practice through new business origination and team development. Knowledge of Saudi regulatory frameworks and experience on cross-border transactions are core to success.

• Established partner-level finance/capital markets practitioner with a track record of originating and managing mandates.
• Proven experience on debt financing and capital markets transactions, including cross-border work and regulatory engagement.
• Strong client relationship and team leadership skills; ability to build and mentor a local practice.
• Eligible to practise in the relevant jurisdiction(s) or able to obtain necessary authorisations; experience in the Saudi market preferred.
• Portable practice or demonstrable origination/book-of-business expected.
