Senior finance and capital markets partner role with a major international firm’s Riyadh office. The position focuses on capital markets transactions and finance matters across the region, advising regional and international issuers, lenders and sponsors.

The team handles complex debt and equity capital markets mandates and cross-border financings. The role offers a platform to lead mandates, develop client relationships and grow a regional finance practice.

Applicants should be comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment and collaborating with cross-border teams.

Established partner-level experience in capital markets and corporate/finance transactions.
Proven track record leading complex debt and/or equity offerings and finance matters.
Demonstrable ability to originate and develop client relationships; portable practice or book of business welcomed.
Familiarity with regional regulatory frameworks and cross-border deal execution.
