Leading international law firm is seeking a partner to grow and lead its finance and construction practice in Abu Dhabi. The role will focus on project finance, construction and infrastructure work across the UAE and the wider region.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for originating and managing cross-border transactions, advising on complex project and construction matters, and leading deal teams. There is an opportunity to build on an existing client base and to integrate a portable practice into an established regional platform.

Established partner-level experience in project finance, construction and infrastructure matters
Proven track record of originating business and managing client relationships; portable following advantageous
Experience leading cross-border transactions and supervising teams on complex mandates
Admitted or eligible to practise in the UAE (Abu Dhabi/Dubai) and able to work on regional matters
