Senior partner-level role for an experienced construction and real estate lawyer to join a global law firm’s Abu Dhabi office. The role combines transactional and infrastructure work across construction, large-scale developments and related real estate matters.

The team regularly acts on cross-border and UAE-based matters; the postholder will lead matters, supervise fee-earners and help develop the practice in the region. A portable practice or established client following is welcome and will be supported.

Proven partner-level experience in construction and real estate transactions and infrastructure projects
Track record of leading teams and managing complex cross-border matters
Demonstrable business development ability and a portable practice or client following
Admitted to practice in a relevant jurisdiction and experience working in the UAE/Gulf region preferred
