Leading international law firm is seeking a partner to strengthen its Energy practice in Abu Dhabi, with a focus on oil & gas matters across the Gulf region. The role involves advising sponsors, operators and financiers on transactions, joint ventures, commercial contracts and regulatory issues.

The successful candidate will lead regional client work, build and manage a small team locally, and collaborate with broader international energy groups. A portable practice or demonstrable client development track record will be advantageous.

Proven partner-level experience in oil & gas / energy transactions and projects.
Track record of leading deal teams and managing client relationships.
Demonstrable business development skills; a portable practice is beneficial but not mandatory.
Admitted to practise in a relevant jurisdiction; ability to work in Abu Dhabi and travel regionally.
