Senior construction partner role with a global law firmbased in Abu Dhabi. The team advises on complex infrastructure and construction matters across the region, acting for developers, contractors and major project stakeholders.

The firm is seeking a market-facing partner to grow and lead the local construction practice. The role offers responsibility for originating work, developing client relationships across the UAE, and working on cross-border infrastructure matters with regional teams.

Established partner-level construction/infrastructure practice with significant regional experience in the UAE or GCC.
Proven track record advising on major construction, infrastructure or project disputes and/or complex construction contracts.
Client-generating ability and appetite to develop a portable book of business.
Strong leadership and team management skills; ability to work with cross-border practice groups.
Admission or eligibility to practise in a relevant common law jurisdiction or the UAE preferred.
