Senior energy partner sought to establish and lead an energy practice in Abu Dhabi for a well-regarded international firm. The role involves advising on project development, transactional work and regulatory matters across the UAE and wider region.

Client-facing responsibilities will include originating and running significant mandates, building a local team and working closely with regional colleagues. The firm is looking for a partner with an established energy practice and the ability to win and service regional clients.

Proven partner-level experience in energy (project development, transactions, regulatory) in the Middle East region.
Track record of originating work and managing client relationships; demonstrable business development capability.
Experience leading or building a team and working cross-border with regional offices.
Eligibility to work in the UAE or ability to obtain required authorisations; fluency in English; additional regional language skills an advantage.
