Leading international practice is seeking a partner to join its Abu Dhabi office to strengthen its energy and environmental transactional capability. The role will focus on high-value transactions and regulatory matters across the region, working with cross-office teams on complex deals and advisory mandates.

The successful candidate will take a client-facing leadership role, driving business development and supervising junior lawyers. This is a partner-level position where demonstrable, portable client relationships and the ability to originate and grow mandates are required.

Established partner-level experience in energy and environmental transactions and regulatory work.
Proven track record of business development and portable client relationships.
Experience leading deal teams and managing cross-border matters in the GCC/UAE market.
Eligibility to practise in the UAE or ability to obtain required local authorisations.
